Please bear in mind that the first round of judging will be done solely on the basis of the information supplied in the category-specific entry template.

***Editing your entry

Prior to 'submitting' your entry/ies you can leave and return to the site to edit them until Tuesday 13th March 2012. Once registered as an entrant, you will receive an email detailing your chosen password along with a link which will enable you to return to your unsubmitted entries and edit as necessary. Once ready to submit, return to step '7' above and complete the process. Please ensure you click the 'logout' button before leaving the site to save your entries.

Entries may be edited up until the point of 'submission'; all submissions must be made by Tuesday 13th March 2012. Entries will not be considered fully submitted until the entrant proceeds to the payment stage and selects a payment method. Payments must be cleared by Tuesday 13th March 2012. Once payment has been received your entry/ies will be passed to the judges for review.

IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO AMEND OR SUBMIT ENTRIES AFTER TUESDAY 13th MARCH 2012.

Cost

£170 + UK VAT per entry (except the ‘Rising Star’ category, which is free to enter). For full payment information please see the Costs page.

COMMERCIAL CONFIDENCE

It is very important that you fully complete the entry template. In particular, details of budget and return on investment should be provided. The more information you supply, the better the judges will be able to assess your entry.

For the purposes of judging, all information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence and will only be viewed by the judging panel and the Chair of Judges. However, in any editorial write-up about entries some information may be needed from the written entries. Any information that is commercially sensitive and which may not be used in editorial should be clearly marked ‘judges eyes only’.
