The Awards Ceremony & Dinner will take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London , W1K 7TN on Thursday 26th June 2008.

Costs are as follows:
Table of 10: £2,375 + VAT (£2,790.63)
The table price includes reception drinks, dinner and entertainment.
Dress code: Black Tie
Cancellation policy: Cancellations will be accepted and monies refunded (less a 20% administration charge) up to and including Friday 23rd May 2008. No refunds will be made after this date.
Access/dietary requirements: Please make the organisers aware prior to the event if you or any of your guests have any access or special dietary requirements.
